Speed – service – and a new car…
Our client was extremely grateful for his 1 Stop motor insurance this year. His son was driving the car on the motorway when he had to take evasive action as another vehicle swung into his lane after a tyre blowout. Our clients car span into the barrier but thanks to his quick reactions, no one was injured. The car unfortunately was severely damaged
The claim was processed the same day after a call through to 1 Stop. The car inspected by an engineer the day after the crash but it was beyond repair. However quick processing of the claim meant that our client was able to collect a replacement car a week later. In addition, since 1 Stop Insurance had arranged G.A.P. Insurance cover for the client the replacement vehicle was almost identical to the original vehicle.

A client came to us after buying a new Mini Cooper S. They had been surprised to find that the current insurer wanted to charge her an extra £40 a month on the existing motor policy to change from the old to a new car.
