If there are postal problems and you have not received documents from us then please telephone or email us. We may be able to email copies to you.
You may not need to return items by post since we can accept a lot of documentation electronically. Telephone or email us with details of what you want to send and we will advise if an electronic copy is acceptable.
Payments.
We can accept payment by most types of card from Switch to Mastercard and Visa (Not Amex though). Just call or email the details ie card number, valid from and to dates, security number and address where registered
In addition we can accept payment by BACS credit from any bank. Call or email our office and we will advise you of the bank details and reference you will need. Please allow 5 business days for receipt of your payment.
PLEASE REMEBER TO QUOTE YOUR BROKER REFERENCE WITH ALL PAYMENTS
